Before Belmont Cameli was a star on "Off Campus," he sparked a chain reaction of kindness back in 2018, when he was known as Philip Belmont Cameli. He was trying to donate his kidney to a childhood friend. They weren't a match, but he decided to make a donation anyway... to a stranger. Other donors followed and did the same.
